    How overage billing works
    Usage caps reset monthly. Your can opt-in to overages per resource to not interrupt your team. Extra usage is simply billed at your plan's overage rate on your next invoice, resource by resource. Starter is a hard-cap plan with no overage. Usage stops at the included amount until you upgrade.

    Billing questions

    What counts as a submission?
    Each time a form is filled out and submitted, whether by a teammate or an external user, it counts as one submission.
    Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
    Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
    Is there a free trial?
    All plans have a Starter tier 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
